Primary responsibilities involve participating in M&A projects across sectors like Technology, FinTech, E-Commerce, and Industrials, preparing transaction documentation including investor lists, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations. The analyst will develop financial models, analyze company valuations, and actively engage in client and investor meetings.
Required experience includes 2-3 years in Deals or advisory roles, profound knowledge of M&A, Corporate Finance, accounting, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Candidates must have a strong interest in M&A, Private Equity, and Investment Banking, with excellent English and Polish communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
