The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of consulting experience, a master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in team environments. The role requires fluency in English, comfort with data analytics, and willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
