Required experience includes a university degree in finance/accounting, minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a multinational environment. Candidates should have strong IFRS and Hungarian accounting knowledge, be in the process of obtaining professional certifications, demonstrate structured thinking, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
