Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced administrative professional for a secretarial role in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent English proficiency, and at least 2 years of prior secretarial experience, supporting internal departments with diverse administrative tasks.
Provide administrative support within internal departments of the firm, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, documentation management, expense notes, and general administrative assistance across various projects and departments.
Requires a professional with a university degree, diploma, or vocational training in administration and secretarial studies, with at least 2 years of prior experience in secretarial or similar roles. High-level English proficiency and strong computer skills are essential. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
