PwC is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Specialist to strategically plan and schedule approximately 300 accountants and specialists annually across various sectors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage complex workforce logistics, balancing professional needs, client requirements, and organizational efficiency.
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of approximately 5 colleagues to plan and schedule around 300 professionals annually. Your primary responsibilities include strategically assigning accountants and specialists to client projects across diverse sectors, ensuring optimal resource allocation while considering individual professional development, well-being, and client needs.
The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to make rational decisions empathetically. Candidates should have completed an MBO, HBO, or WO-level education with prior organizational experience. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments is crucial.
