Primary responsibilities include independently supporting client advisers, coordinating client meetings, preparing investment proposals, creating contract documents, managing account and portfolio openings with custodian banks, processing client orders, sending customer reports, creating presentations, and supporting research in the acquisition process.
The ideal candidate should have a completed banking education or business administration degree with practical experience in wealth management. Strong knowledge of banking processes and products, interest in capital markets, excellent MS Office skills, fluent German and good English communication skills are essential. The role requires an independent working style, strong interpersonal and team skills, high customer orientation, and exceptional commitment and flexibility.
