Required experience includes a completed banking education or degree in business administration or law, demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management, consulting, financial auditing, internal review, or financial service regulatory oversight. Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of German and European laws, regulatory requirements, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, a pragmatic work approach, high performance orientation, and the ability to clearly articulate complex matters.
