Rothschild & Co Global Advisory offers a 6-month internship in Paris for students on a gap year or in their final year. The intern will primarily be assigned to the Equity Market Solutions team, working closely with other Global Advisory divisions to advise clients on Equity Capital Markets challenges.
Primary responsibilities include participating in mandate origination by preparing presentations, reviewing company financial strategies, conducting market analysis, and understanding investor perceptions. Interns will also be involved in executing stock market listing mandates, capital increases, and secondary placements, including technical and legal transaction structuring and negotiation participation.
Required experience includes strong financial and accounting knowledge, previous experience in banking, consulting, funds, or public entities is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate curiosity about finance, motivation, work capacity, analytical skills, and team integration abilities. Fluency in French and English is essential, with excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.
