Job description
Santander Consumer Bank is seeking a Process and Project Management Specialist to support cross-departmental projects and process optimization in their Service Center. The role involves collaborative project management, process review, and quality improvement initiatives, ideal for professionals with commercial or technical education and initial project management experience.
The role involves active participation in cross-departmental projects focusing on optimization, promotion, and control of process workflows. Key responsibilities include coordinating software tests, managing process maps, supporting end-to-end process development, and providing technical support for IT system changes and quality assurance measures.
Candidates must have completed a commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL), possess initial experience in project and process management, and demonstrate excellent analytical skills. Strong communication abilities, customer service orientation, and assertiveness are critical. Very good German language skills and preferably good English skills are required.
