Santander is seeking an experienced professional to manage all collection activities for their French consumer finance division. The ideal candidate will lead collection strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through effective team management and external provider coordination.
Responsible for regularly reviewing and adjusting collection strategy in collaboration with Collection HQ, ensuring all activities align with company policies and regulations. Will monitor collection performance against defined budgets, steer external provider activities based on SLAs and KPIs, and maintain high data quality in internal and headquarters reports.
Requires a Master's degree in economics, law, engineering, or business, with 8+ years of experience in retail banking, preferably in consumer finance. Must demonstrate strong analytical, management, and interpersonal skills. Mandatory fluency in English and French, with knowledge of debt collection techniques. Experience in auto finance is considered an additional advantage.
