Job description
Santander Digital Services is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Handler to analyze, manage, and investigate cyber security incidents. The role involves providing expertise in incident response, managing complex security challenges, and contributing to the organization's cyber resilience across global operations.
Primary responsibilities include handling and responding to cyber security incidents, conducting first triage activities, analyzing incidents, determining their impacts, and participating in containment, eradication, and recovery of major incidents. The role involves managing complex cyber security incidents globally, orchestrating human and technical resources, and coordinating significant incident resolutions.
Required experience includes a minimum of 1+ years as a Cyber Incident Handler with a broad understanding of information security. Candidates must have previous experience in a CIRT or CSIRT team, possess a degree in computer science or engineering, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of incident response methodologies, cyber defense procedures, and attack stage comprehension.
