Santander Digital Services is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join their Spain Cyber Security Team, responsible for implementing and managing security controls across infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Information Security, strong technical skills, and a passion for protecting digital assets in a dynamic financial technology environment.
The role involves supporting Santander Spain's cybersecurity team by improving security posture, implementing security controls across infrastructure, people, and processes, and working closely with business and technology teams to enhance overall IT security hygiene.
Candidates must possess 6-8 years of experience in Cyber Risk Management/Information Security, preferably in financial services, with a degree in computer science or engineering. Strong technical skills are required, including global cybersecurity vision, knowledge of IT operations, ability to build and mature effective Cyber Risk programs, and expertise in tracking, prioritizing, and remediating internal and external vulnerabilities.
