As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical teams working on NetReveal software, overseeing end-to-end development processes from user story interpretation to production monitoring. Your primary responsibilities include managing internal and external team members, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, and maintaining critical financial risk management software.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering or mathematics degree, intermediate English proficiency, advanced knowledge of NetReveal/Norkom software, basic mainframe systems understanding, and experience with Agile methodologies. You should demonstrate strong technical skills, ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to continuous learning and technological innovation.
