Primary responsibilities involve advising on corporate governance, running subsidiary board and management committees, managing a portfolio of legal entities, implementing the Subsidiary Governance Framework, contributing to annual reports, and providing specialist advice on statutory compliance and governance best practices.
Required experience includes associate membership of the Chartered Governance Institute, excellent minute writing skills, comprehensive knowledge of Companies Act 2006, exceptional organizational and planning skills, and ability to interact effectively with senior executives and board members.
