Job description
A 2.5-year office management training program at Santander's corporate headquarters in Germany, designed for young professionals seeking comprehensive corporate banking experience. Participants will learn critical organizational processes and operational standards while gaining hands-on experience in various business departments.
As an office management trainee, you will be responsible for supporting numerous organizational processes in Santander's corporate center. Your primary responsibilities include managing administrative workflows across departments such as data protection, human resources, marketing, and risk management. You will be closely involved with team and customer interactions, learning the intricacies of modern banking operations and contributing to various internal projects.
Required experience includes having completed Mittlere Reife (intermediate school leaving certificate) or preferably having a technical/academic high school diploma with good grades. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong communication skills across all levels and channels, demonstrate excellent organizational talent, show readiness to take responsibility, and maintain a customer-oriented approach. Comfort with working in team environments and ability to dive deep into corporate processes is essential.
