Primary responsibilities include managing relationships with SME customers at the bank branch level, identifying and acquiring new clients, achieving sales targets while maintaining quality and profitability standards, selling and servicing credit products, making credit decisions, conducting credit analysis, preparing credit applications, and monitoring credit products.
Required experience includes demonstrated expertise in working with small and medium-sized business clients in banking, ability to acquire customers and provide high-quality service, knowledge of financial and credit analysis of enterprises, experience in corporate lending, analytical thinking skills, entrepreneurship, and active collaborative approach with significant independent work capabilities.
