Job description
This is a client advisory role in the banking sector in Poland, focusing on providing professional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting customers in selecting the best banking products and services.
As a Client Advisor, your primary responsibilities include supporting customers in selecting optimal banking products and services, building and maintaining long-term relationships with bank clients, acquiring new customers, and providing professional service using the latest technological tools. You will be responsible for handling cash and non-cash transactions, implementing individual and team sales tasks with a proactive and collaborative approach.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate entrepreneurship, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build client relationships, openness to change, determination, willingness to learn and develop, and a team-oriented mindset. Previous banking or customer service experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
