Job description
Santander is seeking a Premium Banking Advisor to build and maintain professional relationships with high-value clients, offering personalized financial solutions and driving sales in the Premium segment. The role requires strong sales skills, economic knowledge, and customer relationship management expertise.
As a Doradca Premium, you will be responsible for building long-term, professional relationships with Premium segment clients. Your primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs, preparing and presenting product offers, and providing tailored solutions that meet individual client requirements. You will actively acquire new Premium segment clients while maintaining high sales quality and ethical standards.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in individual customer service within banking, possess strong economic knowledge, and have an excellent understanding of banking products for individual clients. You must be skilled in applying sales techniques adapted to different client profiles, demonstrate independence in managing a client portfolio, and exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.
