As a Premium Advisor, your primary responsibilities include building long-term professional relationships with premium segment clients, identifying and understanding their financial needs, preparing and presenting tailored product offerings, and actively acquiring new premium segment customers. You will be responsible for comprehensive customer service across various banking products including consumer and mortgage loans, investment products, insurance, deposits, cards, and electronic services. Additionally, you will manage the profitability of your client portfolio while maintaining high standards of sales quality and ethics.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in comprehensive individual customer service in banking, strong economic knowledge, and excellent familiarity with banking products for individual clients. You must demonstrate the ability to apply sales techniques and methods adapted to different client profiles, work independently on client portfolios, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining significant independence are crucial.
