A Premium Advisor role in banking focused on building professional relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. The role requires strong sales skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to independently manage a client portfolio while maintaining high ethical standards.
Primary responsibilities include building long-term professional relationships with Premium segment clients, identifying customer needs, preparing and presenting product offers, acquiring new Premium segment clients, executing sales tasks while maintaining high quality and ethical standards, and managing client portfolios across various financial products including consumer and mortgage loans, investment products, insurance, deposits, cards, and electronic services.
Required experience includes comprehensive experience in individual customer service in banking, strong economic knowledge, excellent familiarity with banking products for individual clients, ability to apply sales techniques adapted to customer profiles, independence in working with client portfolios, good organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach while maintaining significant individual autonomy.
