Primary Responsibilities: Building long-term professional relationships with Premium segment clients, identifying client financial needs, preparing and presenting product offerings, acquiring new Premium segment clients, executing sales tasks while maintaining high quality and ethical standards, providing comprehensive customer service across banking products like consumer and mortgage loans, investment products, insurance, deposits, cards, and electronic services.
Required Experience and Skills: Extensive experience in comprehensive individual customer service in banking, strong economic knowledge, excellent familiarity with banking products for individual clients, ability to apply sales techniques tailored to client profiles, independence in managing client portfolios, strong organizational and time management skills, collaborative team orientation with significant personal autonomy.
