Job description
A Premium Banking Advisor role at Santander focusing on building professional client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving sales in the Premium customer segment with comprehensive banking services and customer-centric approach.
As a Premium Advisor, your primary responsibilities include building long-term professional relationships with Premium segment clients, recognizing their financial needs, preparing and presenting product offerings, and developing tailored financial solutions. You will be actively engaged in acquiring new Premium segment clients, executing sales tasks while maintaining high quality and ethical standards, and providing comprehensive customer service across various banking products including consumer and mortgage loans, investment products, insurance, deposits, cards, and electronic services.
The role requires extensive experience in comprehensive individual customer service within banking, strong economic knowledge, and excellent understanding of banking products for individual clients. You should possess advanced sales techniques and methods adaptable to different client profiles, demonstrate independence in managing client portfolios, exhibit excellent time management skills, and maintain a collaborative team-oriented approach while maintaining significant individual autonomy.
