Job description
Santander is seeking a Business Client Office Director in Katowice II to support and develop a team of Bankers and build the position of the best Corporate Bank in the Business Customer Area of the South Region. The role focuses on leadership, team development, sales performance, and strategic business growth.
As a Business Client Office Director, your primary responsibilities will include leading and developing a team of Bankers, driving business growth in the corporate banking segment. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, improving service quality, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business banking, with at least 5 years of experience working with business clients. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage complex relationships within the bank's structure are essential. You should have a practical understanding of banking products, excellent negotiation skills, and the capability to design and introduce new banking products and services.
