Job description
Santander is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support and drive strategic HR initiatives within their Corporate and Investment Banking division. The role requires a professional with strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of employee relations principles.
Responsible for managing complex employee relations matters across the organization, including investigating and resolving workplace conflicts, conducting disciplinary processes, and providing strategic guidance to management on sensitive HR issues. Develop and implement policies that enhance workplace effectiveness and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Requires extensive experience in employee relations, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a similar HR role. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and best practices in conflict resolution and workplace management.
