Job description
Santander is seeking a Customer Advisor for their Lübeck bank branch who can provide comprehensive financial consulting, engage in customer acquisition, and build long-term client relationships. The role involves analyzing customer needs, offering tailored financial products, and contributing to the bank's risk management strategy.
This role primarily involves conducting comprehensive financial needs assessments, providing personalized advice across credit, current accounts, cards, and pension products, and actively acquiring new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
Candidates should have a commercial education, preferably in banking, with strong interpersonal skills, a talent for sales, and the ability to understand and address customer financial requirements. Experience in banking product fields is preferred, though willingness to learn is also valued.
