Providing strategic advice to business teams on implementing innovative technology initiatives, including customer-facing app development. Managing legal aspects of technology transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Experience and Skills: Extensive legal expertise in technology and commercial contract law, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in financial services. Proficiency in interpreting complex legal and regulatory requirements, particularly the Prudential Regulation Authority's guidelines. Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals, and experience in handling high-volume, multifaceted legal matters.
