Job description
Santander is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager for their Regulatory Projects team in Boadilla del Monte. This role is critical in ensuring robust reporting processes under BCBS239 standards, focusing on generating regulatory and management reports for the Group with high technical expertise and project management skills.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating the ONE REPORTING initiative to create a unified infrastructure and data model for generating all regulatory and management reports. The role involves designing and implementing a granular reporting model (Bank360), executing granular tool exercises for loan tape inspections, generating regulatory templates for banking resolution, and creating ESG Pillar III templates.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical capabilities to manage complex technological projects, functional skills to understand and interpret regulatory reporting frameworks, and extensive project management experience covering budgeting, planning, technological deliveries, governance, and audits. Proficiency in managing stakeholder communications in both English and Spanish is crucial.
