Job description
A detailed administrative role in Santander's Dealer & Customer Services department located in Mönchengladbach, focusing on comprehensive management of automotive leasing contracts and customer service. The role requires strong commercial and administrative skills with a focus on precise contract management and customer communication.
Primary responsibilities include full management of active and terminated automotive leasing contracts, qualified and service-oriented processing of dealer and customer requests, handling contract terminations, creating vehicle invoices and final settlements, and reviewing vehicle assessments.
Candidates must have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification, with experience in automotive leasing or financing. Strong team skills, high reliability, accuracy, communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office are essential. English language skills are advantageous.
