Job description
Santander is seeking a Senior Business & Change Analyst to join their Payments Center of Excellence (CoE). This role involves driving transformational change within the payments technology landscape, working closely with multiple stakeholders to improve and innovate payment systems and processes.
Primary responsibilities include leading complex business change initiatives within the Payments technology domain, conducting detailed process analysis, designing and implementing new payment solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic transformation projects. The analyst will be responsible for documenting current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing comprehensive implementation strategies.
Required experience includes a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, change management, or payments technology, with a strong background in financial services transformation. Candidates must demonstrate advanced analytical skills, proficiency in process modeling tools, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives. A degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field is essential, with professional certifications in business analysis or change management being highly advantageous.
