Job description
A digital specialist role at Santander focused on developing online offerings for acquiring new SME clients. The position requires at least 3 years of financial industry experience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate acquisition and sales promotion activities.
Developing online offerings supporting new SME customer acquisition, including promotions and sales initiatives. Collaborating with external and internal partners to design and implement new customer acquisition solutions, co-creating products and services for microentrepreneurs.
Requires minimum 3 years of financial industry experience, proven ability in coordinating acquisition activities, strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skills, and innovative solution creation. Must excel in team collaboration, have excellent communication skills, and be proactive.
