Primary responsibilities include controlling business and operational processes in the Corporate & Investment Banking division, identifying and analyzing process irregularities, escalating and reporting errors, following internal regulations, participating in projects related to implementing or modifying processes, and collaborating with other bank units.
Required experience includes a minimum of 2 years in banking process management or control, strong knowledge of banking regulations and investment banking standards, a higher economic education, excellent English language skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or Tableau. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, independence, decision-making ability, and excellent time management.
