Job description
A specialized role in Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM) within Santander's technology team, focusing on integrating banking applications with IAM systems, developing access management processes, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with advanced technical skills.
Primary responsibilities include integrating banking applications with IAM systems, developing and maintaining personnel event handling processes, local solution development, monitoring and reporting on personnel events, and collaborating with internal and external clients.
Required skills include extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, proficiency with Sailpoint and Cyberark solutions, practical programming knowledge (preferably Java), analytical problem-solving skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
