Job description
This is an 18-month trainee program at Santander focusing on IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and project management. Ideal for recent graduates in technology or business-related fields who are passionate about digitalization in the financial sector, with opportunities to work across different IT domains and develop critical skills.
As a trainee, you will work on critical IT infrastructure challenges, serving as an interface between IT and business departments. You will support digitalization, process optimization, and automation efforts, taking responsibility for high-impact IT-related projects and contributing to the bank's technological evolution.
Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, natural sciences, economics, or social sciences. Previous experience with agile project management, software projects, and internships/working student roles is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in German and English, and enthusiasm for international, agile teamwork are essential.
