Job description
Schroders is seeking a Compliance Administrator in Horsham to support the firm's regulatory compliance activities. The role involves assisting in maintaining regulatory standards and supporting the compliance team's daily operations.
Primary responsibilities include supporting compliance monitoring processes, maintaining regulatory documentation, assisting with compliance reviews, and helping to ensure the organization adheres to relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of financial regulations. Experience in compliance, financial services, or legal administration is preferred. Knowledge of UK financial regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
