Required experience includes a bachelor's degree in Maritime Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping, proven experience in commodity operations, familiarity with petroleum/renewable products, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and multilingual capabilities (Dutch, English, plus another European language).
