Job description
A key strategic role within the Company Secretariat, responsible for supporting the Company Secretary and overseeing critical corporate governance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal and administrative expertise to ensure compliance and efficient organizational management.
Primary responsibilities include managing complex corporate governance processes, supporting board-level communications, preparing and maintaining critical corporate documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.
