Job description
Société Générale Assurances is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor specializing in Provident Insurance in Orléans. The role involves supporting clients and partner banking networks through various communication channels, developing client portfolios, and handling back-office operations.
Primary responsibilities include answering client inquiries via phone, mail, and email, developing and maintaining client relationships, performing back-office operations, and managing client complaints within the insurance domain.
Ideal candidates have a Bac+2/3 or Bac+4/5 with successful customer relations experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or mutual insurance sectors. Key skills include excellent communication, active listening, strong written and verbal skills, regulatory compliance knowledge, and adaptability.
