Société Générale Assurances is seeking an experienced Claims Manager for a 7-month CDD position in La Défense to handle automobile bodily injury claims. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance or legal studies with at least 2 years of experience in claims management, possessing deep knowledge of insurance regulations and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsible for processing simple bodily injury claims related to automobile insurance contracts, including analyzing guarantees, reviewing medical information forms, requesting additional documentation from clients, and distributing case files among claim managers according to delegated responsibilities.
Required to have a minimum 3-year higher education degree (Bac+3) in insurance or legal studies, with a minimum of 2 years of significant experience in bodily injury claims management. Must have comprehensive knowledge of Badinter law and legislative, regulatory, and conventional provisions. Strong understanding of medical confidentiality and ability to maintain discretion is essential.
