Job description
A real estate investment advisor role at Société Générale Immobilier Patrimonial, responsible for proposing alternative investment solutions, managing client relationships, and selling real estate properties across the Ile-de-France region. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate investment mechanisms and strong interpersonal skills.
Propose alternative investment solutions to traditional savings through specialized real estate mechanisms like LMNP, Malraux, MH, land deficit, and property partitioning. Manage and animate partner agency networks, develop and maintain client relationships with both individual clients and partner agencies and promoters. Conduct property sales in strict compliance with SGIP product certification, internal procedures, and current regulations.
Requires a minimum of Bac+2 education with 4 years of experience in new real estate. Must have in-depth knowledge of real estate investment mechanisms such as LMNP, land deficit, Malraux, partitioning, and MH. Ideal candidates will be familiar with Top Invest. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with an ability to be persuasive, transparent, and reliable in client interactions.
