Job description
A real estate advisory role at Société Générale Immobilier Patrimonial focusing on patrimonal investment strategies. The ideal candidate will propose alternative investment solutions, manage client relationships, and conclude real estate sales across the Ile de France region.
Primary responsibilities include proposing alternative investment strategies through specialized real estate devices like LMNP, Malraux, MH, and property deficit mechanisms. The role involves animating partner agency networks, developing client relationships with both individual clients and partner agencies, and concluding property sales while strictly adhering to internal procedures and certification standards.
Required experience includes a minimum of 4 years in new real estate, with a bac+2 level education. Deep knowledge of specialized real estate investment mechanisms such as LMNP, property deficit, Malraux, property sharing, and MH is essential. Familiarity with Top Invest is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, transparency, and the ability to build trust with clients are crucial.
