As a Property Investment Advisor, you will propose alternative investment solutions using specialized property devices such as LMNP, Malraux, MH, and property deficit strategies. You will manage and animate partner agency networks, develop client relationships with both individual clients and business partners, and handle property sales in strict compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in new property investments, with a bac+2 level education. Deep knowledge of property investment mechanisms like LMNP, property deficit, Malraux, property splitting, and MH is essential. Familiarity with Top Invest is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, transparency, and reliability are crucial for success in this role.
