Job description
Société Générale Immobilier Patrimonial is seeking an experienced Real Estate Patrimony Advisor in Lyon to provide comprehensive real estate investment solutions. The ideal candidate will develop client relationships, propose alternative investment strategies, and manage property sales across the Lyon region.
As a Real Estate Patrimony Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include proposing alternative investment solutions such as LMNP, Malraux, MH, and property deficit strategies. You will animate partner agency networks, develop client relationships with both individual clients and partner agencies, and manage property sales according to strict internal procedures.
The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in new real estate, holding a Bac+2 qualification. Deep knowledge of property investment devices like LMNP, property deficit, Malraux, and property demarcation is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, transparency, and reliability are crucial for success in this position.
