Job description
A human resources analyst role at Société Générale's Shared Service Center in Romania, focused on providing HR support and guidance to employees across central and network services. The role requires strong French language skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities in handling HR-related queries and procedures.
As an HR analyst, you will be part of the HR FIL team supporting employees in central and network services, analyzing employee and HR actor requests, providing comprehensive guidance on HR rules and procedures, and maintaining operational excellence through omni-channel support (email, telephone, kiosk).
The ideal candidate should have advanced French language skills, one year of HR experience (personnel administration, payroll), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work with qualitative and quantitative objectives, and demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in a customer-oriented service environment.
