Job description
A customer service role in banking where you'll welcome and advise clients on daily banking operations, provide tailored banking products, participate in promotional campaigns, and gradually manage a client portfolio while analyzing financial situations and risks.
Your primary responsibility is to welcome and advise clients on their daily banking operations, providing personalized banking products and services such as savings accounts, cards, and digital banking solutions. You will participate in promotional campaigns and commercial challenges, actively engaging with customers to meet their financial needs.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in banking, finance, or commerce, with previous professional experience demonstrating strong client relationship skills, reactivity, listening abilities, and thoroughness. The ideal candidate will be eager to develop commercial acumen, learn to detect client needs, provide expert advice, and ultimately build client loyalty.
