Job description
A remote banking advisor role at Société Générale in Lille, France. You will provide customer support, offer personalized banking products, and assist clients via phone and email. Ideal for candidates with banking or customer service experience and a diploma between Bac and Bac+3.
Primary responsibilities include welcoming and processing customer requests, providing personalized banking advice on payment methods, consumer credit, savings, and insurance products, guiding clients through digital solutions, and participating in commercial development.
