As a customer service advisor, your primary responsibilities include welcoming and advising clients on their daily banking operations, providing personalized banking products and services tailored to their needs, such as savings accounts, cards, and online banking services. You will participate in promotional campaigns and commercial challenges, progressively managing a portfolio of individual clients by recommending appropriate investment and banking products.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in banking, finance, or commerce. Previous professional experiences should have demonstrated strong client relationship skills, reactivity, listening abilities, and rigor. You should have a desire to develop commercial skills, learn to detect client needs, provide advice, ensure client satisfaction, and ultimately build client loyalty.
