Job description
A professional customer relationship role in Société Générale's retail banking sector. The position involves advising and supporting professional clients in their business development, offering tailored financial products and services, managing financing projects, and contributing to the agency's commercial growth.
As a Professional Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities include guiding clients such as entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners through their financial journey. You will accompany clients in developing their business activities, track their profitability, propose adapted financial products and services, manage and follow financing dossiers, and mitigate risks associated with clients' business activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client portfolio management for professional markets. You must possess in-depth knowledge of banking products for professionals, financial, legal, and fiscal foundations, and risk management. Candidates should be curious, rigorous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, a client satisfaction focus, and AMF certification.
