As an HR Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees, providing strategic guidance on people-related topics, implementing HR initiatives, and serving as an interface between HR Corporate and business units. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with senior management, developing HR solutions, and delivering comprehensive people strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of HR experience, deep knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, performance management, and talent management processes. Strong understanding of HR systems, organizational development, and human psychology is crucial. You should possess strategic thinking skills, excellent time management, and the ability to make decisions in compliance with internal regulations and Romanian legislation.
