Job description
Société Générale is seeking an Oversight Analyst in their Compliance department to drive, organize, and manage regulatory supervision activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual compliance monitoring, collect critical indicators, and support process optimization in a fast-paced international environment.
The primary responsibilities involve contributing to compliance oversight activities, collecting specific regulatory indicators, documenting recommendations from audit missions, and monitoring implementation of action plans across different business units.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of compliance/risk project experience, excellent communication skills in English and French, strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and analytical capabilities. Knowledge of compliance regulations and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams is crucial.
