Job description
Société Générale is seeking a Working Student in the Human Resources department in Frankfurt, offering an opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into HR practices within an international financial institution. The role involves supporting HR processes and gaining practical experience in personnel management.
Support recruitment processes, including maintaining recruitment tools and onboarding new employees. Assist HR Business Partners in creating contracts, references, and other HR documentation. Prepare and analyze HR data and reports, and actively participate in organizing training and events.
Candidates should be studying Economics, Social Sciences, or a comparable field. Required skills include proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), fluent German and English, and a strong interest in HR. Prior HR internships are advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate demonstrates trustworthiness, quick comprehension, structured work approach, and strong communication skills.
